Hi, I'm Julie.

I work with those who see the world differently - artists, academics, entrepreneurs, and the perpetually curious. I provide personalized support to help them navigate challenges, foster resilience, and nurture their distinctive perspectives and creative pursuits.

As a psychotherapist, consultant, and fellow creative, my path has led me from classrooms to boardrooms to bustling sets and stages to serene contemplation zones. My diverse experiences provide insights into the hidden struggles and triumphs of the creative and curious journey. With over a decade in private practice and licensure as a Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), I bring advanced training in EMDR, systemic art & play therapy, psychological first aid, trauma-informed care, and micro-expressions. Currently completing a PhD in Media Psychology, I am research how we make meaning from the stories we hear, see, and share.
